At BLRD, we want you to be confident in what you wear. If something isn’t right, we aim to make the return or exchange process clear, fair, and straightforward.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We ONLY accept returns if the item is damaged or flawed. If so, these are the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

4. Return Shipping

6. Exchanges
